Shipping and Returns
Exchanges can be made for unworn clothing within (5) days after you’ve received the item. Any items that are sent back for exchange must be able to be resold(smoke free, unworn, no stains).
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be exchanged.
Landa Izms does not offer refunds. We offer exchanges for in stock items only.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed. If a refund is applicable due to items not being in stock and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
You will be responsible for paying the processing fee to have the item reshipped. In order to pay the fee you must may a paypal payment of $9.00 to Landaizms@gmail.com
